The Retreat is back!
The retreat is coming up June 22nd through the 24th and it's being given free of charge! We have room for 28, and it's first-come; first-served, so sign up soon!
Why free? Well, actually, the retreat has always been completely supported by donations. In the past, we published the per-person cost of the retreat and counted on donations working out, and they always have. The problem was that sometimes people felt they had to explain when they donated less than a share of our cost. That was embarrassing to some, and looked like a sneaky way to charge for the retreat to others. We suspect it was why some didn't come so, to make it clear, if you would like to support us, feel free to donate. The main thing we do, besides Sunday services and religious study meetings, is the retreat; it's our public ministry.
The Retreat is free! You don't need to donate to attend, but you do need to sign up, so we don't accidentally overbook.
